Senior Community Manager Learning Products

• Own the strategy, growth, and day-to-day engagement of the CENTA Teacher Community to drive MAU, retention, and meaningful participation.
• Plan and execute community initiatives, campaigns, webinars, challenges, and engagement activities that strengthen teacher participation.
• Create compelling content and communications across community, email, social media, and other digital channels.
• Own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Learning Products, from campaign planning and execution to performance optimisation.
• Manage digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and nurture a network of community champions, mentors, and active contributors while fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
• Analyse community and campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Learning, Marketing, Design, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and continuously enhance the community experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency with digital marketing, collaboration, content creation, analytics, and community management tools, including Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, community platforms, and AI tools.
