• Own projects end-to-end from first thought to final output.
• Make clear, defensible creative decisions with minimal hand-holding.
• Guide junior designers with specific, useful feedback (logic, hierarchy, craft).
• Present first-round work to clients with clarity and conviction.
• Experiment, explore, and bring fresh references and approaches.
• Maintain uncompromising standards of detail, logic, and brand consistency.
