Senior Cloud/Devops Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / CloudOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, improving system reliability, and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and operational tasks.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, access controls, and networking configurations.
• Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow DevOps and CloudOps best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and automation.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts, including VPC, subnets, routing, DNS, security groups, and load balancing.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, access management, and infrastructure best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization, disaster recovery, and high-availability architecture.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer are an added advantage.
