About The Job As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our cutting-edge navigation and piloting systems.

You Will

• Lead the design and development of advanced software applications tailored to maritime needs.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and R&D to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Champion modern development practices and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our systems competitive. Your responsibilities will include driving architectural decisions, promoting innovation, and ensuring our software aligns with long-term business goals.

About The Ideal Candidate

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience in system architecture and scalable software solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
• Experience in: Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless services. You are proactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a strong sense of responsibility."
