Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sr. Client Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard clients for learning and development (L&D) solutions. This role focuses on building a strong client pipeline for training programs, digital learning, and capability-building initiatives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential clients (corporates, institutions, startups) requiring learning delivery services
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for training and L&D solutions
• Understand client needs and align them with relevant learning offerings (e.g., leadership training, upskilling, e-learning)
• Collaborate with internal learning delivery and instructional design teams to create tailored proposals
• Schedule meetings, pitch solutions, and support the closure of deals
• Maintain CRM data and track client interactions and progress
• Monitor market trends in L&D, corporate training, and talent development
• Strong understanding of corporate learning, training services, or edtech landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
