About the Role

We are seeking a persuasive and influential professional as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring customer success, and expanding our footprint in professional tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business advisory services. You will serve as the primary bridge between our firm and our clients, translating complex tax needs into strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Success

• Gather details about the client's business structure, tax pain points, and financial goals.
• Relay client feedback and market insights to management to improve service offerings and client experience.
• Clearly communicate the value of tax services, including compliance, savings, and strategic planning.

Business Development & Sales

• Work towards monthly/quarterly goals for new business and upselling additional tax or advisory services.
• Identify and promote additional services like bookkeeping, payroll, business consulting, or personal tax filing.
• Use various channels like referrals, email campaigns, networking events, and social media to generate leads and create interest.
• Lead the initial outreach and pitch process to secure new client relationships.

Strategy & Operations

• Utilize skills in Process Excellence, Strategic Planning, and Escalation Management to enhance service delivery.
• Apply Business Consulting and Project Execution strategies to support team building and client retention.
• Lead the Strategy Development process, which includes understanding client requirements and mapping the relevant targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Service and client relationship management.
• A persuasive and influential professional with a proven track record of driving and significantly ramping up business revenue.
• Previous experience as a Client Relationship Manager in a tax consulting or financial services environment.
• Expertise in Customer Experience & Success and Escalation Management.

Bachelor's degree (e.g., B-Tech or equivalent
