Senior Client Relationship Manager | 3+ Years

We are looking for a persuasive and client-focused professional to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and promote tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, requirements, and escalations.
• Generate new business through referrals, email, networking, and social media.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support client retention, customer success, and business growth.
• Contribute to strategic planning, process improvement, and project execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Sales.
• Experience in tax consulting/financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and escalation-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree; B.Tech or equivalent preferred.
