Senior Client Platform Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Apple devices management solutions using Jamf Pro or Intune.
• Provide technical support to end-users on Macs, iPhones, and other Apple devices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop policies and procedures for device deployment, configuration, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Apple devices management.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Apple's Device Management platforms (Jamf Pro or Intune).
• Experience working with Microsoft products such as SCCM or MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale deployments of Macs, iPhones, and other Apple devices.
