Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

Responsible for driving wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement for private clients by offering tailored financial solutions, acquiring high-net-worth clients, and growing the Asset Under Management (AUM) book.

• Showcase and distribute the complete product suite of Kotak Group (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF strategies, Structured Products, Alternate Assets, Direct Equity, Unlisted Shares, and Consumer/Business Loans).
• Build and scale a strong wealth AUM book within 36 months through effective acquisition and cross-selling.
• Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and deliver customized solutions in collaboration with product and research teams.
• Proactively advise clients on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and associated risk profiles.
• Meet assigned revenue and net AUM acquisition targets while adhering to SEBI and KYC compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6-8 years of direct experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking platforms.
• Stability: Proven track record with an average stability of 3 years per organization.
• Product Knowledge: Strong grasp of Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIF).
• Education: Post-graduation from a premier institute.
• Skills: Strong networking capabilities, exceptional relationship management skills, and a target-driven mindset.
