Role Description The Senior Client Accountant (CMA) at NoBroker HR is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing client accounts end to end, including maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing regular financial reports, and reconciling accounts. The role involves overseeing billing and invoicing, monitoring collections, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The Senior Client Accountant (CMA) will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to resolve account discrepancies, support audits, and provide insights for decision-making. Day-to-day work also includes process improvement initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and handling client queries related to accounts in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including client account management, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and related tools used for reconciliation, analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation basics, and compliance requirements relevant to corporate and client accounts.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills to interpret data and identify variances or process gaps.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients, HR, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with confidential financial information.
• Relevant professional qualification such as CMA, CA Inter, MBA (Finance), or equivalent accounting certification is preferred.
• Experience in a similar client accounting or corporate finance role, ideally within a high-growth or technology-driven organization.
