Senior Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, schedule and execute civil construction activities as per project timelines and quality standards.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.

* Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues for smooth execution.

* Maintain measurement books, quality records and daily/weekly reports.

* Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and site standards.

* Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources efficiently.

* Handle site inspections, audits and project deliverables.

* Support cost control and resource optimization.

Qualification & Experience:

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

* Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.

* Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control and safety procedures.

* Good communication, leadership and team management skills.

Preferred: Experience in large-scale building ,commercial, infrastructure or urban development projects.
