Senior Civil / Infrastructure BIM Modeller

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
. Develop detailed 3D models and construction drawings for road networks, wet
utilities, and site infrastructure using Autodesk Civil 3D.
. Interpret and model wet infrastructure systems such as water, sewer, stormwater, and
drainage networks.
. Collaborate effectively with structural, MEP, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure
cohesive and coordinated design solutions.
. Ensure models and drawings adhere to relevant international design standards, codes,
and project specifications.
. Manage project-related data, maintain documentation, and adhere to internal quality
assurance protocols.
. Work independently, taking full ownership and accountability for assigned
deliverables.
. Support project teams in resolving design interface issues and provide technical input
during project execution.
. Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, compliance documentation, and
tender drawings.

Skills
. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and utilities BIM modelling, including roads
and underground services.
. Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge of Bentley OpenRoads is required
Familiarity with Revit Structure is advantageous.
. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, structural detailing, and
construction methodologies.
. Experience in preparing working drawings, tender documents, and technical
specifications.
. Strong knowledge of international design standards and BIM collaboration
workflows.

Working Days & Timings:
Mondayto Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
1st &3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
