Senior Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Independently oversee residential villas, independent houses, and commercial building construction projects.
• Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, contractor measurements, and running bills.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor daily construction progress, manpower allocation, and material consumption.
• Plan construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Identify technical issues and resolve site execution challenges.
• Maintain site reports, measurement books, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement with the management team.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Hyderabad's residential construction industry.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential or commercial building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience handling G+2, G+3, and villa construction projects preferred.
• Ability to independently supervise multiple construction sites.
• Excellent leadership, contractor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
