Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise high-rise residential construction projects.
Manage site activities from excavation to handover (RCC & Finishing).
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
Review technical drawings and resolve on-site execution issues.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Highrise / Strategic ERP.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, RCC, finishing ,and site execution,
Good communication and coordination skills.
