Senior Chat Support Executive

Location: Noida Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Rotational / 247 Experience: Minimum 12 months in International Chat Support

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously)
• Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
• Graduation is not mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
