Job Description
- Develop and execute category growth strategies for the food business.
- Drive portfolio management, pricing analysis, and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to strengthen category positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Create category insights, trend reports, presentations, and sales tools.
- Support internal and external communications while influencing key stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in category management and B2B marketing.
- Experience within food ingredients, flavors, nutrition, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects.
- MBA preferred with strong communication and presentation skills.
