Role & responsibilities

Category Management/product management

Consumer insight gathering,synthasysing (insighting, agency coordination for recruitments etc.)

Portfolio management -Product lifecycle management  (introduction, launch, withdrawal) 

Competition Mapping 

Pricing strategy 

SKU/Inventory management 

Work in tandem with consumer design team and engineering team to transform ideas to market requirements on time 

Consumer promotions (ideation, implementation)

Import management - Demand Projection, Inventory management of imported componentry 

Liasoning with sales team on new product launch, market feedback

Drive product placement, Promotion implementation, schemes

Responsible for Volume, (market share), Revenue and profitability 

Brand/Promotions

ATL :- Liasoning with creative agency, formulate positioning strategy, execution 

Promotional Calendar alignment, execution as per the plan (Plan/ Budget)

Creative briefing of New product/scheme/offer collaterals

Management of adv spends and ROIs

BTL : Strategizing of BTL for the brand
