Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise team performance, workload, and productivity.
• Oversee air cargo operations, including data capture, AWB verification, invoicing, and customer support.
• Monitor KPIs, quality standards, deadlines, and operational backlogs.
• Train team members, support new project implementations, and maintain SOPs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Station Manager and Quality Specialists to ensure smooth operations.
