Role: Senior Camunda Consultant / Lead Developer

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata & Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using Camunda 8.
• Build and manage BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Camunda deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, and messaging platforms.
• Deploy and manage Camunda solutions on AWS Cloud leveraging services such as EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable process automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor workflow performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Support architecture discussions, solution design, and best practices adoption.

Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience in workflow/BPM solutions with strong expertise in Camunda 8 and Java.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, DMN, process orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Strong experience in AWS Cloud services and cloud-native deployments.
• Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, or other integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Camunda certifications.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation and process modernization projects.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
