Technical Requirements

6+ Years of Hardcore C++: Proven track record in systems programming or high-performance backends.
Distributed Systems Expert: Deep understanding of CAP theorem, consensus algorithms, and gRPC/REST patterns.
Algorithmically Minded: Mastery of data structures and algorithmic complexity.
Security & Cloud: Practical knowledge of OAuth2/JWT and cloud-native security.
