Senior C++ .NET Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++ and .NET technologies.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards within the domain.
• Support production deployments and provide post-implementation maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team collaboration initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

6-8 years of C++ and .NET development experience, strong OOP and multithreading knowledge, enterprise application development expertise, MES exposure preferred, Healthcare/Insurance/BFSI domain experience preferred, Azure/GCP knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
