Job Summary

We are seeking a C++ Lead Developer with strong experience in modern C++, Windows application development, OOP, SQL, and debugging. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications.

We are looking for an experienced C++ Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in modern C++ development, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Windows OS
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions
• Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Support production deployments and post-release activities
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required.
