The opportunity: Senior Consultant/Manager-TMT-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - FINANCE - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon
Role Overview Lead cross-functional transformation programs across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial functions for global life sciences clients. Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management and value realization across complex, multi-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end program management across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreams.
- Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Establish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forums.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Manage program financials and benefits realization.
- Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phases.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation across functions.
- 814 years experience in program management or transformation roles.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred.
- Good to Have Experience in GBS / GCC environments.
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience.
- Exposure to global transformation programs.

The team works across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and enterprise functions, combining domain expertise, program management rigor and digital enablement capabilities.
