As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with global business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. We are looking for a strategic and proactive problem solver who can navigate complex requirements, optimize business processes, and drive solutions throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will take ownership of business analysis activities, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, mentor fellow analysts, and help deliver technology enhancements that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading stakeholder workshops, understanding business needs, identifying pain points, and translating them into clear functional requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Mapping current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and recommending opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
• Collaborating with architects, developers, and QA teams to evaluate system capabilities, assess integration opportunities, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Managing requirements traceability, supporting development and testing activities, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving defect resolution to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluating system enhancements, conducting impact assessments and root cause analysis, and supporting implementations, migrations, releases, and user adoption through effective documentation and training.
• Maintaining process maps, functional specifications, system workflows, and project documentation while leveraging data analysis tools to support informed decision-making.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

• Bring 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems design, product/IT consulting, or a related field.
• Having a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with experience managing business analysis activities across the SDLC.
• Have hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools to support business insights and decision-making.
• Understand APIs, data models, and enterprise system integrations, with the ability to assess system dependencies and evaluate technical solutions.
• Be proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Draw.io for requirements management, collaboration, and process documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
