Senior Business Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

Evaluates, designs, and optimizes business processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within an organization and serves as subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. Plays a vital role in recommending and driving technology solutions and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Works with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, document existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
• Conducts thorough analysis using various process modeling and improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or streamlining.
• Leads cross-functional teams in implementing process changes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and measuring the impact of process improvements.
• Works closely with management and business owners to determine needs regarding people, technology, and information, and use Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge and technical skills to then recommend a new product or solution to problems.
• Analyzes statistics and industry benchmarks for the development of proof to support ideas and manages the execution of ideas.
• Goals include improving customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve the efficiency of operations.

Skills Requirements:

• 7+ year of experience in business process and technology projects.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification expertise in gathering and analyzing process-related metrics.
• Strong knowledge base of BPM methods, techniques, and tools such as Six Sigma and Lean, be familiar with how to map and model processes, and understand productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio or other workflow applications.
• Excellent project management and communication skills and be able to effectively share recommendations with leaders in the business while managing expectations and resistance to ideas. Familiarity with the Contact Center industry (Telephony/CCaaS, Quality and CRM systems).

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
