Senior Business Process Analyst

Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across product, operations, and academic teams. The Senior Business Analyst will map and optimize business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, learner experience, and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting stakeholder workshops, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into system features, and supporting user acceptance testing. The role also includes creating reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights to leadership to guide strategic initiatives.

• Business process skills to map current workflows, design improved processes, and support implementation of changes.
• Communication skills to facilitate discussions, present findings, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in education technology, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process modeling, requirements management, data visualization).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
