About this role
- Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units
- Own endtoend data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP
- Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams
- Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data
- Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Guide countries and regions through the endtoend SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies
- Extensive experience working with SAP Master Data (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Strong handson experience with SQL and ETL / data transformation tools
- Deep understanding of Master Data domains and corresponding business processes, crossdomain dependencies, and data governance principles
- Proven ability to work independently and lead Master Data activities within complex, global programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into businessrelevant outcomes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills
- Lead highimpact, global SAP transformations
- Influence enterprise Master Data standards and governance
- Work at the intersection of business, process, and technology within a global organization
