Senior Business Process Analyst II

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS- Warehouse Management System Professional to support Warehouse and Logistic business processes and provide operational and functional support for Oracle EBS R12 applications. The role is responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring production system stability, resolving business-critical issues, analyzing transactional and master data, reviewing system configurations, and supporting continuous business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, and IT to ensure efficient supply chain, warehouse and Logistic operations and optimal utilization of Oracle SCM solutions. This position requires strong Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance business processes, improve data quality, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle WMS and SCM modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues within agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Operations teams to address business requirements and system issues.
• Review Oracle application setups, configurations, and workbench parameters to ensure process effectiveness.
• Monitor system transactions and proactively identify operational issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve supply chain execution and data quality.
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements and fixes.
• Develop support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
