Senior Business Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in commercial finance processes and implement changes as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis to senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making across various departments within the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 5–14 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A within the Tech, SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise Hardware/Solutions industry.

• Strong background in strategic business partnering with a proven ability to collaborate directly with C-suite executives, sales leadership, cross-functional business heads, and revenue operations.

• Hands-on experience managing Deal Desk & Commercial Pricing, including structuring enterprise B2B deals, managing discount frameworks, and protecting gross margins across both SaaS subscriptions and hardware products.

• Proven track record in Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) governance, including designing, auditing, and executing sales commission policies, quota frameworks, and field incentive payouts.

• Excellent skills in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) ownership, monthly/quarterly rolling forecasting, variance analysis, and executive board reporting.

• Deep proficiency in building complex financial models in Advanced Excel or other financial tools, alongside working knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, LTV, CAC) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or enterprise ERP/EPM systems).
