Senior Business Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the US market for BPO/Call Centre services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
• Provide technical expertise on international voice processes, including VoIP solutions, to clients across various industries.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Strong understanding of technical voice processing technologies such as IVR systems and ACDs.
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities in the US market.
