Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Own end-to-end new business development for the Global SI vertical. This is a pure hunter role — identify, pursue, and close System Integrator accounts as clients for staffing and delivery services.

Key responsibilities

Own a named target list of 25–30 Tier 1 & Tier 2 SI companies

Build relationships with TA Directors, Talent Supply Heads, GCC Practice Heads, Procurement heads.

Drive high-volume cold outreach — calls, email, LinkedIn — to open new accounts

Run the full cycle: outreach → discovery → commercials → MSA/SOW close

Maintain pipeline at 10× quarterly revenue target

Weekly pipeline reviews and accurate forecasting

Must-have

5–8 years in B2B staffing / IT services / enterprise sales

Proven track record of personally closing new logos (not farming)

Strong cold-calling ability and existing relationships with TA/HR/Procurement leaders at SI firms

Understanding of Indian SI empanelment, RPO, contract staffing commercial models

Strong written outreach; owns their number

Non-negotiable screening bar

Must name the last 3 SI/enterprise logos personally closed — with contact and deal value

Must be able to get a new SI client billing within 30 days

Must understand SI vs GCC distinction unprompted
