ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales and market expansion for GADOTT in the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive territory sales and business development
  • Develop dealers, distributors and new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors
  • Generate and convert leads for premium residential and commercial projects
  • Handle client meetings, product presentations and negotiations
  • Develop project sales and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve sales targets and expand GADOTT's market presence
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events and market activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of relevant sales/business development experience
Experience in Bathware / Sanitaryware / Faucets / Bathroom Fittings / Building Materials / Luxury Interiors preferred
Strong network with architects, interior designers, dealers or project clients will be an advantage
Graduate; MBA preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and business development skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Female candidates preferred
