Adwik Impex is the exclusive India partner of Xingfa Group's in India, serving the seafood processing industry.

As we expand our business across major seafood-processing markets in India, we are looking for 3 experienced Business Development Managers to independently drive customer acquisition, product trials, and sales growth in their respective territories.

Job Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales of Xingfa phosphate food additives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect target seafood processing companies, shrimp processors and exporters.

- Develop new customer relationships and generate qualified business opportunities.

- Conduct customer visits and understand their processing and product requirements.

- Coordinate and conduct product trials at customer facilities.

- Follow up on trials and convert successful trials into commercial orders.

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and repeat business.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase, production, quality, R&D and management teams.

- Track competitor products, pricing, market developments and customer requirements.

- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for increasing sales.

- Maintain regular sales reports, customer pipeline and trial status.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the seafood industry is preferred.

- Experience in seafood processing / shrimp processing / seafood exports will be highly preferred.

- Candidates with experience selling food additives, phosphates, seafood chemicals, ingredients or related products will have an advantage.

- Strong understanding of the seafood processing industry and customer ecosystem.

- Existing relationships with seafood processors/exporters will be a major advantage.

- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Self-driven and capable of independently managing the complete sales process.

- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to convert prospects and trials into recurring business.

Territory Locations

1. West Bengal/Odisha – Seafood processing and export market

2. Nellore, Andhra Pradesh – Major shrimp/seafood processing belt

3. Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh – Major aquaculture and seafood-processing market

Compensation & Benefits

8–10 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Compensation will be based on relevant experience and suitability. High performers will have significant earning potential through performance-based incentives.
