Job Summary

Ellendorf, a premium wallpaper and wall-covering brand, is looking for an experienced Business Development professional with strong industry connections among leading architects, interior designers and project consultants to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business through established relationships with leading architects, interior designers and interior design firms.
• Generate business opportunities across premium residential, commercial, hospitality and corporate projects.
• Promote premium wallpapers, textile wall coverings and interior wall solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders and key decision-makers.
• Identify new markets, develop project pipelines and convert opportunities into business.
• Drive project sales, achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Manage key accounts and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile

• 1520 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales or Institutional Sales.
• Strong existing network among leading architects and interior designers.
• Experience in wallpapers, wall coverings, interior materials, decorative surfaces, building materials or premium interior products is preferred.
• Proven track record in generating and converting large project opportunities.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently drive business development and market expansion.
