Job Role - Senior Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist

Job Location - Jaipur

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development .
• Experience in IT Services / Software Development / SaaS / Technology services is preferred.
• Strong experience generating leads for international markets, preferably US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bloomberg, Factiva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, lead qualification, ICP identification, and outbound sales.
• Experience targeting senior decision-makers and enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in selling or generating leads for Web/Mobile Development, Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, DevOps, Data Engineering, or other IT services.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM.
