Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, developing existing accounts, generating leads, and converting business opportunities. The candidate should have experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in the industrial products, tools, equipment, safety products, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Visit industrial clients, factories, manufacturing units, and corporate customers as required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Store, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and payments.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales/business development targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.
• Develop new accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Travel within Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and nearby industrial areas based on business requirements.
