Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Consultant with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications.
- Develop custom workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Configure modules, layouts, custom fields, validation rules, approval processes, and dashboards.
- Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide post-implementation assistance.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training.
Qualifications
- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
