Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding CLRI's presence among academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry partners. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align program offerings with market needs, negotiating proposals and agreements, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Senior Business Development Executive also contributes to strategic planning, market research, and branding initiatives to support CLRI's growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive enrollment, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, close deals, and ensure long-term engagement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in education, training, clinical research, healthcare, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certification in business or clinical research is an advantage.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, use CRM tools and MS Office applications, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
