📍 Location Noida (Hybrid) Experience 1–4 Years About Dataoids Dataoids is an Analytics & AI consulting company helping enterprises unlock value from data through Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. We work with organizations across Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, Consumer Goods and other industries to build modern analytics platforms and AI-powered decision intelligence solutions. We're looking for someone who enjoys researching businesses, understanding industry challenges, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and building meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers. This is
not a high-volume cold calling role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically and execute intelligently. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end outbound sales process for assigned industries and accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Research target industries, companies and buying personas.
- Understand business challenges across different industries and map them to Dataoids' Analytics & AI offerings.
- Build highly targeted account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Design personalized outbound campaigns for different industries, functions and seniority levels.
- Write compelling LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, InMails and outbound messaging sequences.
- Continuously refine messaging based on prospect responses and campaign performance.
- Identify buying signals and prioritize high-potential accounts.
- Work closely with leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), target account strategies and GTM campaigns.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and keep account intelligence updated.
- Schedule qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
- Experiment with new outbound strategies, messaging formats and prospecting approaches to improve response rates. What We're Looking ForExperience
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
- Experience selling Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, AI, SaaS or technology consulting services is strongly preferred. Must-Have Skills
- Strong account research capabilities.
- Ability to understand business problems across different industries.
- Ability to connect business challenges with Analytics & AI solutions.
- Excellent written communication and personalized outreach skills.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting expertise.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using Apollo or similar sales intelligence platforms.
- Ability to build segmented outreach campaigns based on industry, function and seniority.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying personas.
- Comfortable working with CXOs, Directors, VPs and business leaders. We'd Love It If You

- Can design outreach strategies instead of simply executing them.
- Enjoy researching companies before reaching out.
