Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Business Development – Equity RM role is based in Aurangabad and focuses on driving growth in the equity and broking business. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting the company's equity, trading, and investment products to retail and institutional investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, market research, and client meetings to understand investment needs and provide appropriate solutions. The Senior Business Development – Equity RM will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high-quality customer service, and timely resolution of client queries. The role also requires regular tracking of sales performance, preparing business reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives to expand market share in the region.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, understand equity markets, and interpret financial data.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and deliver clear, professional guidance.
• Proven Lead Generation and business development experience in equity broking, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize multiple client engagements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset.
