Role: Business Development Associate

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The role involves developing and managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, generating patient leads, and driving business growth through CarePal Money and ImpactGuru solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital & Partner Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams, patient coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CarePal Money and ImpactGuru services.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals and healthcare partners.
• Promote awareness of medical financing and crowdfunding solutions through meetings, presentations, staff training, and promotional materials.

2. Patient Engagement & Lead Generation

• Interact with patients and their families to understand their financial requirements during medical treatment.
• Identify potential patients who require financial assistance and generate qualified leads.
• Explain loan and crowdfunding eligibility, documentation, process, and benefits clearly and empathetically.
• Assist patients with documentation, application submission, and coordination with internal teams for faster processing.

3. Business Growth & Performance Management

• Drive patient referrals and maximize lead generation from assigned hospitals.
• Build strong relationships with hospital staff to improve referrals and conversions.
• Coordinate with telesales, credit, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of leads.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals on a regular basis.
• Share regular performance updates and pipeline reports with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduation mandatory , MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Languages: English / Hindi
• Travel: Comfortable with regular local travel for hospital visits and partner meetings.
• Technology: Basic hands-on experience with CRM tools, mobile applications, and digital onboarding platforms.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
