Role: Business Development Associate – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics & diagnostic centres.
• Onboard new healthcare partners and generate patient loan referrals.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and generate leads.
• Interact with patients and explain loan & crowdfunding solutions.
• Assist with application/documentation and coordinate for faster closures.
• Track leads, conversions and daily performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Healthcare / Fintech / Insurance / Financial Services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English mandatory.
• Comfortable with regular local travel.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
