Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build hospital partnerships, generate patient leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.
• Promote CarePal Money and ImpactGuru solutions within hospitals.
• Generate leads by interacting with patients and their families.
• Explain loan and crowdfunding solutions and assist with the application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Track leads, referrals, and conversions and share regular updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with local travel and hospital visits.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
