Fixed CTC - Up-to 11.4 Lpa Fixed + Uncapped variable

Shift timings - 11-8 P.m

5 Days working

Monday And Tuesday fixed week off

3 Rounds interview

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell education programs to prospective learners. Engage with leads, explain program features, and close enrollments. Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements: 0-5 Years experience in selling Academic programs (EdTech/sales background preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. B2C Sales .
