Senior Business Development Associate- Field Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, including personal loans, to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
• Build trust with customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely follow-ups on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in field sales or loan sales in the financial services industry.
