• Overall 4+ years of proven experience in IT Sales, IT Services Sales, and IT Staffing Sales

(Mandatory).

• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing (Mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling Digital Engineering, IT Staffing, Software Development, Cloud, AI/ML, or

Technology Consulting services.

• Strong experience & understanding of IT staffing, resource augmentation, and technology

consulting business models.

• Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and

strategic prospecting.

• Experience engaging and negotiating with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Procurement Heads, and senior

business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of software technologies and the ability to position technical solutions

from a business perspective.

• Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and solution-selling skills.
• Strong negotiation, account management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a consultative sales mindset and a proven track

record of achieving revenue targets.
