Senior Business Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an operational leader and analytical thinker for the role of Senior Business Associate in Visakhapatnam. In this capacity, you will take ownership of the local office team, ensure strict SLA adherence across partner interactions, drive continuous process improvements via data-backed analysis, and formulate actionable market intelligence strategies to achieve sustainable organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Office Management

Take complete responsibility for managing the office team and overseeing day-to-day operations. Guide, mentor, and coach team members to align workflows with organizational targets and objectives. Ensure timely target delivery across the team while actively developing individual member skills for career progression. Maintain smooth cross-functional coordination, fostering transparent communication and gathering real-time operational feedback.

Partner Experience & SLA Governance

Maintain and enforce standard SLA metrics for tickets and queries raised by partners. Deliver a high-quality partner experience through proactive communication and rapid dispute resolution.

Strategy, Analytics & Process Improvement

Formulate and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed operational growth targets. Gather market and competitive intelligence across relevant channels to generate actionable business insights. Perform rigorous data analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes affecting core business numbers. Implement continuous process improvement initiatives, iterating based on structured operational feedback.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Analytical & Technical Capabilities

Strong numerical, quantitative, and analytical aptitude. Highly proficient in advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookup models). Working familiarity and basic knowledge of SQL for extracting and querying data. Extensive expertise in synthesizing datasets into executive-ready reports and strategic takeaways.

Management & Soft Skills

Proven capability to train, coach, and motivate team members effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across verbal and written formats. Demonstrated leadership with sound conflict resolution and delegation abilities. High sense of ownership, accountability, and responsiveness in fast-paced operational settings
