Senior Business Associate - Category Operations (Office)
Role Overview
The Senior Business Associate Category Operations (Office) will support day-to-day operational execution across multiple categories within the city operations. The role will own business-as-usual (BAU) execution and operational monitoring while ensuring seamless coordination between city operations, support teams, and category managers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong Data and Analytical knowledge, execution capabilities, comfort with operational metrics, the ability to drive day-to-day problem resolution in a fast-paced environment and Office support team with the size of 5-6 Members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Monitoring

• Monitor operational metrics such as FF, DAP, demand, and cancellations across categories.
• Identify deviations and operational gaps at cluster, zone, and time-level cuts.
• Coordinate with teams for immediate corrective actions.

2. Root Cause Analysis & Resolution

• Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks affecting key business metrics.
• Prepare structured RCAs and track action item closure.
• Highlight recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements.

3. Supply Incentive Execution

• Execute and monitor supply incentive programs.
• Coordinate communication and implementation of incentive structures.
• Track effectiveness and highlight optimization opportunities.

4. Surge Management

• Execute surge actions based on demand-supply requirements.
• Monitor surge impact and ensure smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with city teams during high-demand periods.

5. Escalation Resolution

• Manage city-level tickets, Walk-ins & operational escalations.
• Ensure timely closure within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with central teams wherever required.

6. Team Management

• Drive productivity and execution quality of office support teams.
• Review team performance and ensure accountability.
• Support onboarding and process adherence.

7. Market & Operations Monitoring

• Track competitor activity, pricing movement, and operational trends.
• Support customer and supply feedback collection.
• Conduct operational audits where required.

• Strong Excel/WPS, SQL & G-sheet Proficiency

• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and projects simultaneously

• Experience in logistics, mobility, marketplace, or supply chain businesses
• Experience managing support teams
• Exposure to operational dashboards and reporting
