Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled

Senior Business Analyst with over

7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a

self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working across cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business and technology. They should be able to produce clear documentation, present ideas effectively, and actively contribute to both business and technical discussions. Candidate should be passionate about solving complex business challenges through technology and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualification

• sEducation: BCA / B.E./ B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / Equivalen
• tExperience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst or similar role within technology-driven environments
• .Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum-based certifications (BA/PO)
• .Additional Skills (Preferred): Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and domain expertise in [Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, pharma, Life science etc. – optional]
