Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Tech Lead capabilities to drive requirement strategy, lead client interactions, and ensure seamless translation of business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution definition
• Act as the primary client interface, managing communication and expectations
• Create and oversee BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and guide development teams
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Scrum, and development teams for aligned delivery
• Define scope, acceptance criteria, and support Agile ceremonies
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
• Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices
• Support and validate UAT and ensure solution quality

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of SDLC, SaaS products, web applications, and APIs
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prior experience in a Tech Lead or similar role
• Exposure to international clients
